short taxi ride bakery items clean twin room
the location was great, a short taxi ride got me to many places. the staff provided bakery items and soft drinks one morning, a really tender gesture. the hotel provided a simple, clean twin room.
the hallways had a slight smell, though it was only noticeable in passing

convenient location consistent helpfulness attentive service
the location proved quite convenient, and i especially appreciated the staff's consistent helpfulness with various requests the team resolved my phone retrieval seamlessly i consider it a noteworthy experience. i enjoyed the attentive service i received throughout my visit the assistance offered by sagar from reception was particularly valuable to me.
the automated messages lacked the personal touch i was hoping to find i prefer genuine interaction when seeking clarification the impersonal response felt somewhat detached. i felt the replies were generic.

the staff demonstrated admirable professionalism in the breakfast area their proactive service guaranteed a smooth start to the day the receptionist displayed really good kindness the overall attentiveness made the experience a true pleasure.

sizzling wok stood out with food i found especially delicious i considered the pub's sports broadcasts a nice addition the food at indi16 restaurant, paired with tarun's excellent service, really enhanced the experience for me.

the room included a spacious layout i was very comfortable in the generous bed the quiet atmosphere allowed restful nights i felt relaxed during the hours i slept there the room was clean.

the pool provided adequate sun exposure for those interested in sunbathing i discovered a decent space to relax there the overall atmosphere near the pool was conducive to relaxation i considered it a lovely setting.

helpful staff easy access accommodating receptionist
The staff was very helpful. i liked that it is just off marasi drive. i could easily reach the highway in two minutes. prachi was accommodating and remembered me from my previous stay. she assisted me well!
